I did not put exact quantities because I prepared the salad for one person, so I invite you to choose each one that will satisfy your personal taste.

The cabbage pieces are grated, or cut into strips ... I chose several variants (knife, large grater, fine grater) for different shapes and textures.

Next are carrots, celery and horseradish (here's how fast you like it).

Mix together in a large bowl and rub with salt and celery leaves. Add the parsley, add the oil, mustard, yogurt, then vinegar to taste.

I filled a sheet of red cabbage and then tied it with a stalk of green parsley. If you like walnuts, put them on top.

I served the salad with wholemeal stick with cumin and a very tasty baked salmon :)

Bring the batter to the boil whenever you put another set of vegetables.

It is used as a salad for steak, or natural vegetables, rice or french fries.
It can also be served as an appetizer, on slices of fresh bread.

Autumn salad with sponges

It is inconceivable to spend autumn without preparing this wonderful salad, excellent for fasting days, but just as appetizing and next to a juicy steak :).

  • 3-4 tablespoons coarse salt

First we take care of the opintics, which must be cleaned and boiled in water with a little salt for 30-40 minutes until well softened. When they are ready, we drain and cool them and we start with the carrots, which we clean and boil them, but only a few boils so that we can cut them (prefer) thin slices more easily.

We slice the onion julien & # 8211 I recommend the big grater from the robot (slicer) as well and we clean the donuts from the stalks and seeds and we also slice them with the help of the robot & # 8211 it saves time and the slices are as good as possible fel & # 8221!

We have all the vegetables cut, we can start preparing the salad.

Put the onion in a few tablespoons of oil for a few minutes & # 8211 can be put in a directly raw bait, but I prefer it so it gives a better taste to the salad.

In a generous pot put all the necessary ingredients for the bath: water, vinegar, oil, pepper, allspice, bay leaves, mustard seeds, sugar, honey, salt and boil until the sugar melts. When it starts to boil, we put the vegetables in turn & # 8211 first, the sliced ​​donuts, we let them boil for 8-10 minutes, we take them out with a spatula and then we put the hardened onion for 8-10 minutes. Remove the onion from the donuts and soak the carrot slices for 10-12 minutes. Finally, we put the opintics, which we leave for 10-15 minutes to boil well. We finished scalding all the vegetables, let them soften for a few minutes, not to cool completely and mix them well, well, taste salt, possibly if necessary add the composition being hot melts easily, we collect the leaves bay leaves and allspice and peppercorns as much as we can and put our salad in jars washed and dried beforehand. I recommend sterilizing them either in the oven for a few minutes 15-20 minutes at medium temperature or on the stove in a pot of water.
