I boiled the spaghetti in salted water.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: in the hot oil, fry the flour, add the chopped garlic and then pour the tomato, thyme and basil sauce. Season with salt and pepper and if necessary add sugar (for a sweeter sauce).

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

For minced meat steak, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Soak the slices of bread in a little soup. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and cook 2 onions, finely chopped, finely chopped. Allow the onion to cool. Mix, in a bowl, the minced meat with the hardened onion, the well-squeezed bread, the egg, the thyme, the marjoram, a pinch of salt and ground pepper. Mix well. Grease the surface with oil, cover with baking paper and put in the hot oven. Leave for 40-45 minutes and then spread the baking paper on top, so that the steak browns a little on the surface. Leave for another 15-20 minutes.

For mushroom sauce, clean the mushrooms (if you wash them, wipe them very well with water, by dabbing with paper towels) and cut them into slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan in which you hardened the onion and put the mushrooms. Leave them for only 3-4 minutes, until they harden a little. Take them out on a plate. In the same pan, melt the butter. Put the corn flour and & # 8220cook it & # 8221 a little (attention, it does not have to brown!). Pour little by little, stirring constantly, the hot meat soup. If you pour slowly and mix vigorously, no lumps will form. If it still forms, pass the sauce through a sieve before taking the next step! Put the mushrooms back in the pan and let them simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes.

Remove the steak from the pan and the baking paper, cut it into thicker slices and serve with the mushroom sauce. As a garnish, you can make a mashed potato and pea (simple boiled).

Calories: 226 kcal / 100 g or 619 kcal / serving (without mashed peas and peas!).

INGREDIENTS

Towards the end I added sour cream mixed with chopped dill and a teaspoon of flour. I cooked from this moment for another 10 minutes.
For the puree I boiled the potatoes and at the end I put the milk, butter and nutmeg. Depending on the size of the potatoes, the amount of milk differs!

When the meat is ready, put it all in the pan if you have fried it in slices, then add the onion and the hardened mushrooms. Mix well and let the cognac flambe or let it boil until it drops almost completely. Put the cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Take the pan off the heat and immediately sprinkle the parsley. Serve with your favorite garnish. Optionally, you can sprinkle a tip of smoked paprika over the pork stroganoff. Good appetite!
