A salad that goes well with any kind of barbecue: chicken, pork neck, fish.
- 4 cucumbers (past)
- dill
- 1 bay leaf
- salt (I use delicate)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup water
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon vinegar (or lemon juice)

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cucumber salad:
Bring the water to a boil with the bay leaf and a little salt, just until the first boil, so that the bay leaf leaves its aroma in the water. Put the chopped dill and leave to cool.
Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a bowl.
Grind the peeled garlic and rub it with salt, pepper and olive oil as in the sauce, add the vinegar and then mix with the boiled composition.
