How to make biscuits

Put the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl and mix.
Make a hole in the center and put the milk, egg, oil and vanilla essence.

Then work the ingredients starting from the center and gradually absorb all the flour.

Knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Divide the dough into pieces of equal size (about 15-20) and knead them with your hands until you get an elongated shape.

Pass each biscuit in granulated sugar.

Arrange all the biscuits, slightly spaced apart, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Then cook for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C.

Let the biscuits cool well before serving.

They will be delicious dipped in milk for breakfast!
