Dolores' soaked biscuits became a catchphrase in the facebook group, after having seen and reviewed them, I made them too. In their simplicity, these cookies really impressed me, nothing to do with the original and really super soaked, Elisa has elected them her favorite cookies especially soaked in milk in the morning;) I am really happy that my vein of home made there is coming in handy, I read from your comments that you are using my recipes to make snacks, lunches and preserves for your loved ones and of your satisfaction when you bring the dishes to the table, and therefore nothing ... keep it up! So I leave you with the soaked biscuits and I go to prepare the base for Ivano's birthday cake, tomorrow we celebrate with the guys here in the office and I really want to surprise him;) So I leave you and I wish you a sweet day: *
How to make biscuits
Put the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl and mix.
Make a hole in the center and put the milk, egg, oil and vanilla essence.
Then work the ingredients starting from the center and gradually absorb all the flour.
Knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Divide the dough into pieces of equal size (about 15-20) and knead them with your hands until you get an elongated shape.
Pass each biscuit in granulated sugar.
Arrange all the biscuits, slightly spaced apart, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Then cook for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Let the biscuits cool well before serving.
They will be delicious dipped in milk for breakfast!
