In a bowl, mix flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar and ammonia. Then add the eggs one by one, chewing well after each one. Then add the milk and melted butter.

  3. Check the coffee every hour. When an ice pack has formed on the entire surface (in my case after 3 hours), it breaks in several places with a spoon / spatula (wood or silicone). Mix the crushed ice with the still unfrozen coffee underneath. Put it back in the freezer.
  4. Every hour it is mixed in the coffee by breaking movements. Repeat this operation until all the coffee is frozen (3 times in my case).
  5. At this point it can be served (it would be ideal, because it has the perfect texture and temperature) or it can be kept in the freezer. If you keep it in the freezer longer, let it sit for a few minutes before serving and then break it once more with a spoon.

  6. When you want to serve the border, beat the cold cream until it binds, adding the powdered sugar towards the end.
  7. Place a layer of whipped cream in cold glasses, then a layer of border and finally the whipped cream. The nice part is that while eating the whipped cream border on top, at the bottom of the glass, if it is extremely hot outside, the border will melt and mix with the whipped cream forming a kind of delicious coffee frappe.

I thought of starting a series of healthy and quick recipes for breakfast on the blog. The most important meal, from which we take our energy for a few hours, should not be missed by anyone. Even if you are on the run in the morning and it seems that the time will not come, I say do it, organize yourself in such a way that you do not skip breakfast.

Sweet or salted, but it must be consistent and provide you with energy until noon. For some time I started to enjoy the salty breakfast, I admit that I was not a fan of it, but at least twice a week I try to take it. I prefer eggs in combination with cheese and tomatoes. We usually have bread in the house, and the one with spelled flour and seeds it is our favorite.

3 recipes for breakfast, each one takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare, they are consistent and satisfy any whim!

1. Toast with avocado and egg
I used a country bread, with mayo, very dense, which I lightly toasted. Above I came with avocado and egg. A breakfast to get you to lunch!
For 2 people :: Preparation 10 minutes :: Baking 5 minutes :: Low difficulty
Ingredient:
& # 8211 2 slices of bread
& # 8211 2 eggs
& # 8211 a cube of butter
& # 8211 little oil
& # 8211 salt, pepper

Probably my favorite autumn, with lots of cinnamon and seasonal fruits. Crushed banana sweetens it as much as necessary. You will no longer need honey or syrup.

Because I put the banana, there is no need to add honey or syrup over the porridge.

When you are on the run, this is ideal. Just spread some peanut butter on a slice of bread, add a few slices of banana and chia seeds. That's it!

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 300 g of minced chicken
  • 3 tablespoons. fresh milk
  • 4 tablespoons. sour cream
  • 1 or chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of bread
  • salt and spices.

Preparation time: 90 minutes.

Calories per 100 grams: 95 kcal.

  1. First, soak the bread in a glass of milk (if desired, the crust can be cut), leave for a quarter of an hour.
  2. Meanwhile, crush a sprig of cabbage. To soften the vegetables, crush the cabbage with coarse salt until it is juicy.
  3. It is better to make minced meat from chicken fillet, but you can buy high quality minced meat in the store. Put finely chopped onion, salt and pepper in it. Gather the bread, add to the bowl, break the egg, knead everything. To the squeezed cabbage from the juice is added the prepared filling, we smoke.
  4. From the table we will make big burgers, we throw them generously in the flour, we change them in the baking dish.
  5. To fill the two cups of milk, add cream, favorite spices or spicy herbs. Pour the sauce into the mold, bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
