In a bowl, mix flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar and ammonia. Then add the eggs one by one, chewing well after each one. Then add the milk and melted butter.

Heat the appliance and grease it with a little oil (not a lot). With the help of a polish, put the composition in the appliance and let it bake until it browns a little.

In the Netherlands they are served with a little butter and brown sugar, but they seem more nauseating like that, we served them with powdered sugar.

They can also be served with jam or chocolate paste.

Good appetite!!!

300 ml hard espresso (concentrate)
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
400 ml whipped cream (cold)

Preparation Coffee granita

  1. Concentrated espresso is prepared. Add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
  2. When the espresso has cooled a bit, put it in a large plastic box (so that the coffee is maximum 2 cm high) with a lid. Close and put in the freezer.
  3. Check the coffee every hour. When an ice pack has formed on the entire surface (in my case after 3 hours), it breaks in several places with a spoon / spatula (wood or silicone). Mix the crushed ice with the still unfrozen coffee underneath. Put it back in the freezer.
  4. Every hour it is mixed in the coffee by breaking movements. Repeat this operation until all the coffee is frozen (3 times in my case).
  5. At this point it can be served (it would be ideal, because it has the perfect texture and temperature) or it can be kept in the freezer. If you keep it in the freezer longer, let it sit for a few minutes before serving and then break it once more with a spoon.
    * the border can also be frozen in the ice cream machine, thus having a more uniform texture
  6. When you want to serve the border, beat the cold cream until it binds, adding the powdered sugar towards the end.
  7. Place a layer of whipped cream in cold glasses, then a layer of border and finally the whipped cream. The nice part is that while eating the whipped cream border on top, at the bottom of the glass, if it is extremely hot outside, the border will melt and mix with the whipped cream forming a kind of delicious coffee frappe.

3 Recipes for breakfast :: Video recipe

I thought of starting a series of healthy and quick recipes for breakfast on the blog. The most important meal, from which we take our energy for a few hours, should not be missed by anyone. Even if you are on the run in the morning and it seems that the time will not come, I say do it, organize yourself in such a way that you do not skip breakfast.

Sweet or salted, but it must be consistent and provide you with energy until noon. For some time I started to enjoy the salty breakfast, I admit that I was not a fan of it, but at least twice a week I try to take it. I prefer eggs in combination with cheese and tomatoes. We usually have bread in the house, and the one with spelled flour and seeds it is our favorite.

3 recipes for breakfast, each one takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare, they are consistent and satisfy any whim!

1. Toast with avocado and egg
I used a country bread, with mayo, very dense, which I lightly toasted. Above I came with avocado and egg. A breakfast to get you to lunch!

Assembly: place the avocado slices on the bread, come with the fried egg, add some cherry tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately!

& # 8211 milk

Method of preparation: boil as much milk as you want. The proportions for a successful porridge are: on both sides liquid, one of oatmeal. When the milk boils, add the oatmeal. Stir gently. Because I put the banana, there is no need to add honey or syrup over the porridge.

I'm glad I missed them, because I will discover new things and unique recipes. I was already a fan of Belgian chocolate and waffles. Unfortunately I don't have a special waffle maker to make you, but I ate them in town and made by a friend. I guarantee they are delicious. For chocolate, what can I say, here in Bucharest we have a chocolate shop with the famous Belgian chocolate where I think I will waste a few hours choosing the ideal assortment.
