In a generous bowl, mix the lard with the powdered sugar, water and baking powder quenched with vinegar. Add the sifted flour and knead until you get a dough that doesn't stick to your hand.

Line the worktop with flour, roll out the dough, cut the edges to work neatly and grease with magic. We roll, then we cut. I filled some of the croissants with pieces of walnut and magiun, and for the other part I used only magiun.

We place the obtained croissants in a tray, on baking paper. Bake them at a temperature of 170 degrees in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. We're watching the baking.

Once cooked, powder the croissants while they are still hot. However, it would be good to serve them cold, otherwise we risk our stomach ache. :)
